Here are the necessary ingredients to make bread roll boiled potatos, green peas, chopped onions, oil, lemon juice, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt, roasted cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.

Now we will make fillings fro bread roll. First we need to mash potatoes for 2-3 minutes. Then heat pan adding oil. Once oil gets heat add chopped onions and stir it gently then add ginger garlic paste and stir it again unless it cooks nicely. Then add turmeric powder and green peas and stir it. Leave it to cook unless green peas get burst.

After that add mash potatoes and mix it very well. After all the ingredients gets mixed well add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves from above and stir it to mix all ingredients well.

Now, we will make bread roll for this we need bread, filling, water and knife. Take bread and cut all the side part of bread. After that, leave oil to heat. Till then, make bread roll. For this, deep bread into water and squeeze all water with the help of palms. Then add fillings in it and cover it from all over with the help of hand. Like this make all bread rolls and fry it into oil one by one until it gets dark brown.
