This disease used to be spread by the bite of Oriyantiya Susugamusi infected kirna and sulsule (insects), a kind of microscopic insect. According to the doctors, after people get this disease infected in few of their body can be seen red spots and some might be invisible.

The infection of this disease seen over 32 districts of Nepal mostly the most infected are seen in Chitwan district. The disease infected people may get symptoms like get a high fever, headache, eye infection, there may get tumors in the joints between two legs.
