He said that India was for resolving the existing political standoff of Nepal through talks. Moreover, Singh welcomed the government’s decision to form a political mechanism to resolve the issue of demarcation of provincial boundaries. He expressed his hope that the mechanism would be able to iron out the issue promptly.

 As the political crisis in Nepal has ended now, Minister Singh said, the country should move towards the path of development. He added that India would help in every possible way for the same.
