The pre- booking of ticket of local buses for Dashain has been opened since Friday though the small local vehicles that runs in BP Highway have stopped the pre booking ticket.

The vehicles drivers of smll vehicles that used to run in BP Highway have stopped the pre booking saying that the fare amount that has been allocated by the government was not sufficient for them and would be very difficult for them to run in that less vehicle fare.

To facilitate the passengers that sued to go their homes in Dashain, Department of Transportation Management, Traffic Police and Transportation entrepreneurs have decided to open the pre-booking ticket as in Dashain huge number of people used to go out of valley every day.

However, small vehicles that used to go Bardibas, Sindhuli, Janakpur, Kakadvitta through BP Highway from Kathmandu has stopped the pre- booking ticket. They said small vehicles could not be run with the new fare that had been allocated by the government in last Shrawan.

Badri Prasad Pahadi, Coordinator of BP Transportation Service Committee said that the fare of small vehicles that has been directed by the state is very less and equal to big vehicles which would not be sufficient for small vehicles to run. Pahadi even said that if the government would not pay attention to their problems till Sunday then after that not only the pre booking but also all the transportation service of East from Koteshwor to eastern side would be closed totally.

BP Transportation Service Committee informed that they have sent the written form of letter for the arrangement of vehicles fare to the Department of Transportation Management.
